| 摘 要： | 在住宅设计与施工的实践过程中 ,通过采用新措施或改进传统施工技术的措施 ,如楼梯扶手合并、扁梁的应用、加打挡水墙、裂缝的防治等 ,基本上消除了渗漏和裂缝情况 ,并充分利用了空间 ,使住宅工程存在的技术问题得到更完善的解决

| Abstract: | In the residential housing designing and construction performance,problems such as permeation and fraturing are solved.The results are achieved by means of adopting new means or through technological innovations such as the combination of handrails,application of flat beams,addition of waterproot walls and prevention of fractures.In this way,space is fully utilized and engneering problems satisfactorily solved. |
