摘    要:本文研究了Cr-Mo-Cu-P激冷合金铸铁气门挺杆热处理时淬火加热温度和保温时间对激冷白层石墨数量、硬度和耐磨性的影响。研究结果表明,石墨数量随淬火加热温度的升高和保温时间的延长而增加,硬度和耐磨性则略有降低。但是,经淬火和低温回火后,Cr-Mo-Cu-P合金铸铁挺杆的激冷端面由不同的组织组成物构成一个既抗擦伤又抗磨损的较理想的摩擦学表面。

Abstract:The influence of quenching temperature and holding time on graphite content, hardness and wear resistance of the chilled end of a valve tappet made of an alloy cast iron has been investigated. Experimental results showed that with increasing quenching temperature and holding time, the graphite content increases, and the hardness and wear resistance slightly decrease. However, after quenching and tempering at low temperature, the chilled end of the valve tappet, which consists of different structural constituents, has a desirable antiwear and antiscuffing tribosurface.
