摘    要:通过课程内容和体系的改革,赋予课程新的生命力,再辅以教学方法和考核方法的改革,使教学更有利于学生创新能力的培养。在工程训练实践课程中,通过建立创新小组,使学生既有独立创新,又有合作研究;既有个人努力,也有团队协作;有效地培养了创新精神和创新能力,明显地提高了学生的综合素质。

Abstract:We have breathed new life into courses by reforming our course content and system. We have also made teaching more conducive to cultivating studentsJcapacity of innovation by reforming our teaching and assessment methods. For hands - on engineering courses, we have formed innovation teams that help students become capable of both independent innovation and joint research through individual efforts and/or teamwork. By so doing, we have effectively cultivated their spirit and capacity of innovation, thereby significantly improving their comprehensive qualities.
