论清末新政与中国现代化的起航

20世纪初，在腐朽没落的清王朝行将退出历史舞台的最后十年，其在政治、经济、军事、教育、社会生活等方面进行了一场全面的改革，并取得了较大的成效，为民初乃至以后中国民族资本主义的发展奠定了基础。清王朝虽然灭亡了，但它所推行的新政措施并未因此而夭折，而是继续延伸下去，中国的现代化由此真正起航。

On the New Policies of Late Qing Dynasty and the Launch of Modern China

In the early 20 century,the last decade of Qing Dynasty carried out a complete reform in politics,economy,military,education and social life which provided a solid basis for national capitalism developing in China.Although Qing Dynasty was ruined,its new policies have been continued and subsequently,a new modern China has arisen.
