| 摘 要： | 分析了辽宁省利用外商直接投资的情况，指出其是存在着6个方面的问题。依据辽宁实际，提出了辽宁利用外商直接投资的阶段发展战略、吸引跨国公司投资和利用外资名牌战略等，使辽宁积极、合理、有效地利用外资。

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the conditions of using foreign direct investment in Liao Ning,and points out six problems in it.Based on the actual situation in Liao Ning,it also introduces strategies for future development, the measures to attract investment from transnational corporations,and the use of famous foreign brands so that Liao Ning can make good and effective use of its foreign direct investment. |
