气体泄漏量超声检测理论分析及实验

摘    要:探讨了小孔泄漏气体噪声频谱中某一频段声压级与雷诺数之间的函数关系.通过该函数关系,测量某一频段的声压级得到雷诺数,进而求出泄漏气体质量流量.实验结果表明,理论计算值与实测值基本吻合.该研究结果对于测量管道气体泄漏量具有一定意义.

Abstract:The function relationship between acoustic intensity of eyelet leak noise frequency section and Re was discussed.Through the function,it can get the Re after measuring the acoustic intensity within a certain frequency band,and then get the mass flow rate of the leak.The experimental result expresses(that) values of it tally with theoretical deduction result,and this is practical in measuring the leaking mass(flow) rate of gas systems with pressure.
