| Abstract: | With the coming of the 21st century, we are taking a great revolution based on the Information Technology. To develop the Information Education is the most important task for the educators all over the world. The most principal task of the Information Education is to popularize the application of Computer Multimedia Learning skills at schools, to set up a Campus System, and to carry out Remote Education. TOP2000 is just a kind of result of the Multimedia Learning System. |
