新生在刚进校的一段时间内,因为理想和现实、优越感与平等感、依赖性与自主性、强烈的交往渴望与闭锁性心理矛盾以及性和恋爱问题,容易产生种种思想问题和心理矛盾,高校学生思想教育工作者应研究新生的情绪波动,帮助新生形成健康的心理状态和积极的情绪体验。

Tentative Analysis of Freshman''''s Emotional Instability and its Countermeasures

Being freshmen, they usually feel difficult in adapting themselves to the new environment and easily produce psychological problems such as the contradiction between ideal and reality; sense of superiority and equality; dependence and independence; strong desire for association and self-closing; opinion of the opposite sex and love; and so on. The instructors who in charge of ideological work in colleges should take measures to study the emotional instability among freshmen, and help them form an active, healthy attitude toward college life.
