激光局部强化40Cr钢的疲劳断裂特征

摘    要:提出一种激光局部强化方法提高缺口疲劳裂纹萌生抗力。运用单道技术使无搭接的硬化层这个因素独立出来,运用双道技术模拟搭接搭接情况和模拟搭接情况下激光强化对疲劳裂的影响疲劳失效断口的宏观和微观形貌特征。

Abstract:The local laser modification method is proposed to improve the notch fatigue crack initiation resistance of 40Cr steel. Local laser hardening layer can be simplified by one-pass technique and overlap effectcan be simulated by two-pass technique.The macro and micro fracture surface characteristics of laser hardened and untreated steel were investigated using optical and SEM to examine the fracture micromechanism.
