摘    要:制作了以氟脲嘧啶离子与汞离子的配位化合物 (配合比为 1 :1 )为电活性物质的氟脲嘧啶PVC涂丝膜电极 .用直接电位法测定氟脲嘧啶得到了良好的电极响应曲线 ,线性范围为 2个数量级 ,检测下限为 1 0 -3 mol/L ;在pH7.6~ 9.0的范围内H 对电极响应无干扰 ,十多种常见无机离子与一些嘧啶类离子对电极基本无干扰 .这一电极稳定性较好 ,寿命至少为 1 0 0天 .用其测定商业药品时 ,获得的结果与标准值基本相符 .

Abstract:The polyvinyl chloride(PVC) film electrode of the anti tumor medicine, 5 fluorouracil, is fabricated. The electroactive material used in the electrode fabrication is a complex composed of ion of mercury and 5 fluorouracil with a ratio 1:1. Both good calibration curves and wide detection ranges of 2 orders of magnitude are obtained. The limit of detection is about 10 -3 mol/L of 5 fluorouracil. Over a certain range of pH, H has no interference on the detection of 5 fluorouracil. At the same time, over ten kinds of common inorganic ions and some other pyrimidine ions exhibit little interference on the detection of 5 fluorouracil. The stability of the electrode is also very good, with a life of at least 100 days. The electrode is used to determine 5 fluorouracil in injection drugs with direct potentiometry and standard recovery experiment. The value of RSD is from 1.4% to 2.9% and the recovery ratio is in the range of 96.0% to 97.6%.
