| 摘 要： | 该文主要介绍在Delphi4.0开发环境下，运用WindowsAPI函数，实现了基于RS422/485串行通信的PCC机与多个IC卡单片机系统之间的信息交换，采用数据库技术完成IC卡的信息管理。
