青葙种子蛋白质氨基酸的分析研究

摘    要:对青葙种子的蛋白质与氨基酸进行了研究,测得其粗蛋白的含量为20.8%,含有18种氨基酸,其中有营养必需的8种氨基酸,并根据模式蛋白质,应用模糊识别分析法与化学分析法对青葙种子蛋白质营养价值进行了评价。

Abstract:Amino acid contents in seed proteins of Celosia argentea L. were studied in the paper. It was found that the content of proteins was 20.8%. Seed of C.argentea contains 18 kinds of amino acids, of which 8 kinds are essential amino acids. The nutritive value of the protein was evaluated by the method of fuzzy discernment and the method of chemical analysis, based on the model protein.
