| 摘 要： | 本文报导了频率为2450MH_z的谐振腔型加热器。在尺寸与结构上实现了小型化,便于携带。腔内能量分布由于采用了平面螺旋天线及介质加载,使其均匀性得到了很大改善。

| Abstract: | The article introduces a resonator heater with a rats of 2450 MHz.Its size and constsuction are very small, so it is easy to carry.The steadiness of the energy distribution iniside it has been improved greatly by using the Plane helical antenna and medium load inside it. |
