热处理制备碳纳米洋葱状富勒烯的研究

摘    要:采用真空热处理方法,以石墨为原料制备洋葱状富勒烯。利用高分辨电子显微镜对其进行了观察和表征。用金属纳米颗粒掺杂催化制成的纳米洋葱状富勒烯,石墨化程度较高。催化剂对纳米洋葱状富勒烯的形成有较大影响。这种制备纳米洋葱状富勒烯的方法工艺简单、产量较高,产品易于纯化,比较易于工业化。

Abstract:Onion-like Fullerenes have been produced under high-temperature and vacuum. The morphology of the carbon nano onion-like Fullerenes was examined and characterized by high resolution electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction.By means of nanoparticles, onion-like Fullerenes possessed a higher degree of graphization.The result denoted that the catalyst is one of the main factors .The method is very simplicity and the volume of production is high.
