| 摘 要： | 针对我国公路物流中心的现状，结合现代物流理论，利用系统工程的有关原理，从分析公路物流中心的经济情况入手，以物流中心联盟的利润为目标函数，建立了公路物流中心联盟的决策模型，并以长江三角洲三大公路物流中心为案例，对决策模型加以剖析，从而推导了一个临界点作为辅助每个物流中心决策是否组建物流中心联盟的参考。

| Abstract: | Referred to the modern logistics theories as well as the theories based on the principles of systems engineering, taking the profit of the alliance of highway logistics centers as a target function, this paper set up a decision-making model by analyzing the profit of the alliance of logistics centers and then deducted the critical points which can help each logistics center to make a proper strategy decisions. |
