稀土对亚共晶铝硅合金性能的影响

摘    要:用稀土元素添加剂(自制)作为铝硅合金中加入稀土元素的中介原料,研究RE对亚共晶铝硅合金性能的影响。结果表明:该合金的抗拉强度和伸长率在一定浓度范围随RE含量增加而同步增长,且都有相同的最佳效果加入量,但稀土元素对铝硅合金的抗拉强度改善效果不是很明显。然而,由于稀土元素在合金中的共晶体与基体相间形成的一种过渡相物质使铝硅合金的伸长率提高则非常显著。

Abstract:This is a method that uses the rare earth element of the RE-additive to improve properties of the meta-eutectic Al-Si alloy. The method makes the operation of alloying of the rare earth element to become brief and easy, but little the rare earth element burned loss. And the result that the properties of the Al-Si alloy were improved is obvious: the tensile strength and the percentage elongation within the scope certainly of the RE element content increased synchronously with the increase of RE content, and they have a same optimal RE content while it does not have an obvious impact on improving the tensile strength. However what contributes to the increase of percentage elongation is the transition phase formed between the meta-eutectic and radical substance.
