摘    要:充分利用酒糟中所含膳食纤维和无机盐等有用成分.借鉴软饮料中果肉饮料生产工艺,将发酵糯米醅制成一种全新的均匀悬浮的营养保健酒.

Abstract:Drawing on the experience of the industrial art of producing the soft-drinkfrom pulp, a new uniform distributive suspencional nutritious hygienic liquor may beproduced from fermented glutinous rice cream,makingfull use of the beneficial dibetary fibreand inorganic salts.
