多孔β—磷酸三钙骨修复材料的制备

提出制备β－磷酸三钙陶瓷粉末的新工艺，解决β－磷酸三钙湿法制备中长期存在的沉淀物固液难以分离的难题，通过对β－磷酸三钙生物陶瓷的成型条件和烧结条件的研究，建立制备多孔β－磷酸三钙生物陶瓷的适宜工艺，制得适用于修复松质骨缺损的β－磷酸三钙生物陶瓷。

Preparing Porous beta Tricalcium Phosphate as Material of Bone Repairing

A new technology is presented for preparing bioceramic powder of beta tricalcium phosphate.In preparing beta tricalcium phosphate by wet method,the difficult problem of filtering gelatinous precipitate is thus solved.As the first step,the factors influencing its moulding and sintering are investigated;and then,the appropriate technology is worked out,by which an applicable porous bioceramics of beta tricalcium phosphate can be prepared for repairing the defects of spongy bones.
