我省新升本科高校师资队伍建设存在的问题及对策

我省新建本科院校师资队伍现状不容乐观，教师数量不足，教学任务重；高学历、高职称人员比例低；年龄结构不合理，青年教师所占的比例偏高；整体业务水平偏低，学术和学科带头人缺乏等问题比较突出。提高师资队伍素质，要转变思想观念，树立以人为本的管理理念；要以学科建设规划为基础，科学规划师资队伍建设；要创造良好的校园环境，确保教师队伍稳定；要建立完善机制建设，促进优秀人才成长。

Problems and Solutions in the Construction of the Teaching Staff in Newly Upgraded Universities in Henan Province

The present situation of the teaching staff in newly upgraded universities in Henan province seems not to be optimistic.The number of the teachers can not meet the requirement,the teachers' task is hard and the rate of the high-educated teachers and the high professional-titled ones is low.The age structure is irrational because the rate of young teachers is high.Besides,academic leaders are not adequate.In order to solve these problems,it is suggested that the quality of the teaching staff be improved,the idea be changed,the management ideology be people-oriented.Based on the construction of the subjects,the construction of the teaching staff should be planned scientifically.In addition,the school environment is important to keep the teacher.Mechanism should be established and improved for the teaching staff to grow up.
