| Abstract: | Using the heavy fraction of gum turpentine from Pinus massoninnn grown in Jiangxi Province as a main row material. Through the fractionate, isomerization and Prins reaction, has been synthesized the isolongifolene methyl formate flavour. In which the flavour's output is up to 47.46% of the product, has further compounded. In this paper, the reaction mechanism and product structure are also discussed. |
