| Abstract: | It is a trend for the presidents of the newly founded universities to professionalize themselves.In order to promote the development of the newly founded universities,it is necessary for presidents to gain awareness of professionalism first.Then the selection process of university presidents,the standards and qualifications for the professionalism of university presidents and the salary system to ensure the professionalism of university presidents should also be established. |
