| 摘 要： | 社会进步和经济的发展、高校事业的发展和改革的深化、教育观念的更新给高校思想政治工作接受继续教育提出了新要求。高校思想政治工作要具备优良的政治素质、思想素质、知识素质、信息素质和较强的专业能力。要从整体效益最佳化的目标着眼选择继续教育的内容，建立和完善继续教育的各项制度办法，进行多形式的继续教育。
