| 摘 要： | 本文从红寺堡移民区产业结构的发展过程及现状着手，通过对其经济发展指标的衡量、产业结构偏离度的计算、产业相对劳动生产率的计算等量化测度，从而对其产业结构演进的绩效进行了分析．最后基于红寺堡移民区的实际情况，提出了产业结构升级与优化的举措．

| Abstract: | In this paper we focuse on development and current situation of industrial structure of Hongsibu immigrating area, analyzes the evolutional performance by measurement of index of economic development, calculation of deviation degree of industrial structure and industrial comparative labor productivity, and eventually, put forward measures for upgrading and optimizing industrial structure on the basis of actual conditions of this area. |
