| 摘 要： | 随着全球信息产业和网络技术的发展,越来越多的金融机构开办网上银行业务,以电子商务为表现形式的网上银行已呈现出了一种发展趋势.在这种背景下,从网络银行的界定、功能入手,分析了网上银行的发展状况、趋势,并针对我国网上银行的现状提出了应对措施.

| Abstract: | Along with the development of global information industry and network technology, more and more financial institutions run the electronic-bank. The electronic-bank taking e-commerce as form of expression has already demonstrated a kind of development trend. Under the background, this paper proceeds with the bank of the network defines, function first, analyses the development, trend of electronic-bank, put forward the counter-measure directed against of our country electronic-bank. |
