丙烯酰胺接枝SBS产物的制备及对PVC-EPDM共混改性的研究

摘    要:利用丁苯橡胶(SBS)顺酐化产物作乳化剂,使SBS与丙烯酰胺(AM)接枝制得SBS-g-AM,用其对PVC、三元乙丙橡胶(EPDM)共混体系增容改性,观察并测试了共混物的微观结构及力学性能.结果表明,SBS-g-AM对PVC、EPDM共混体系能有效增容,使其力学性能得到改善.

Abstract:SBS-g-AM is prepared by using maleated SBS as surfactant in the emulsion polymerization.The microstructure and mechanical properties of the blends of PVC-EPDM are tested.The results show that SBSg-AM is an effective compatibilizar and can improve the mechanical properties of the blends.
