| 摘 要： | 本文通过车削实验所观察的原生颤振现象,分析了由平稳切削到颤振所经历的三个阶段,着重研究了过渡过程的规律。探索了在线识别、预报颤振的方法,设计了微处理机在线识别系统,并用此系统对切削颤振进行了在线监视实验。

| Abstract: | The three stages from stationary cutting to chatter are analyzed through the primary vibration appearance abserved in the cutting tests,the regularity of transient process is studied esepecially in this paper. The methods of distinguishing line and chatter forecast are discussed. The distinguishing system on line using microcomputer is developed. The supervise tests on line based on this system are carried. |
