蝗虫心电图的类型和ARMA谱分析

摘    要:介绍了蝗虫心电图的测试方法,并证实了使用人类肢体导联和自制的针形电极的合理性和可靠性。文章将蝗虫心电图归为7种类型,并发现蝗虫心电信号一般较微弱,振幅仅约0.7~2.0mV,平均心率为30~300次/min。研究结果表明,ARMA谱作为一种数学模型,比心电图本身更能反映低等动动心电图的内在生理特征,完全适用于昆虫心电图分析。

Abstract:ARMA spectrum analysis is fapplied to the studies of electrocardiogram (ECG) of grasshoppers for the airst time, which will provide a new method for improving the accuracy of nimal taxonomy. In, recent two years, more than seventy species grasshopper ECG are recorded through XDH-3 and model EGG-6511(made in Japan) electrocardiograph on the outdoor spot, and 34 species of them are discussed in this paper. The method of recording insect EGG is introduced, and it approves that the use of human limb leads and needle-form electrode is reasonable and of practical use. All these grasshopper ECG are sumed up to seven types. They are: lower amplitude-higher frequency-fast wave type, lower amplitude-lower frequency-slow wave type, higher amplitude-lwer frequency-complex wave type, fast and slow wave mices wave type, higher and lower amolitude wave alternately vibrating wave type, rhythmical two-phase wave type and rpythmical higher amplitude complex wave type. The former 4 types are more common. It is found that the insect ECG signal generally is weaker, the amplitude only about 0.7 -2.0mV, the average heart rate 30-300 every minute. According to EGG observation the grasshopper's heart probablely is belong to a kind of nerve-source-type heart, for nerve's rhythmical charge often appears alternating with common ECG signal. Therefore, this is merely a conjecture,which will be confirmed by further studies in future. The terminal result shows that ARMA spectrum, as a kind of mathmatical model, eanreflect the innate physiological nature of lower kind animals' ECG, such as grasshoppers', more ideally than ECG itself, since the insect ECG is so liable to be influenced by more other facters as temprature, illumination, physiological star, and sudden move of body etc. For different species, no matter with considerbally different or same ECG type, thire ARMA spectrum chart may be similar or completly different. This is totally decided by thire similar degree in all respects.
