摘    要:报道以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HTMAB)为催化剂,芳亚甲基丙二腈与1-萘酚为原料于水中发生加成、环化反应生成2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基苯并[h]吡喃.产物的结构通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证.该方法具有操作简单、产率高、环境友好的优点.

Abstract:A series of 2-amino-3-cyano-4-arylbenzopyrans were synthesized by the reaction of arylmethlene malononitrile with 1-naphthol in the presence of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (HTMAB) in water.The structures of all products obtained were characterized by elemental analysis,IR and 1HNMR.Compared to the previous methods,this new method has the advantage of high yields,inexpensive medium and friendliness environmentally.
