我国高校办高水平排球队的探讨

高校办高水平排球队,是我国排球竞赛体制改革和我国排球运动发展的一个方向。但存在生源不理想,建队经费紧张,市场化、商业化开拓不力。大学生运动员训练与学业存在明显的矛盾,高校缺乏高水平教练员等问题。为此,提出优惠政策倾斜,增加对高校排球队的投入,走商业化道路,广开财源,聘请高水平教练员与自主培养教练员相结合等发展新思路。
