| 摘 要： | 我国的行政公开应当遵循的基本原则是:依法公开原则、效率原则、民主原则、自由获取信息原则、司法救济原则和公开为原则,不公开为例外原则。行政公开具有主体的多样性、内容的广泛性、公开信息的易知性和时间的及时性特点。行政公开的内容包括:行政主体信息公开、行政主体的议事活动及其程序公开和议事活动的结果公开。行政公开可分为法定公开、主动公开和依申请公开,行政公开可以采取灵活多样的公开方式。

| Abstract: | Our country's opening of administration should follow these basic principles: legally open,efficient,democratic,obtaining information freely,relieved by administration of justice,open and taking not open as exceptions.Open of administration has these characters,such as various main bodies,extensive contents,and knowing opening information easily and prompt time.Its contents include the following information: main body of administration's information make public its debating activities and process and make know to public the results of debating activities.Opening of administration can be divided into statutory opening,active opening and opening according to applications.And it can take various patterns to make to public. |
