茶碱印迹酚醛吸附树脂吸附茶碱的热力学研究

摘    要:通过静态吸附实验,对自制茶碱模板酚醛吸附树脂(TTPS)和非模板酚醛吸附树脂(NTPS)吸附茶碱状况进行比较.结果表明,在一定浓度范围内TTPS和NTPS对茶碱的吸附数据符合Langmuir方程和Freundlich方程,说明吸附是单分子层吸附和优惠吸附;对吸附数据进行数学处理,求得了茶碱在TTPS和NTPS上的吸附焓变、自由能变和吸附熵变,并对吸附行为作了合理解释.

Abstract:By static adsorption experiment,the adsorption state of theophylline on theophylline template phenolic resin sorbent(TTPS) and non-template phenolic resin sorbent(NTPS) were compared.The resluts show that the adsorption data are consistent with Langmuir and Freundlich equation in a certain range of concentration,so the adsorption of theophylline on TTPS and NTPS is monolayer adsorption and preferential adsorption.The adsorption enthalpy change,free energy change and adsorption entropy change of phenolic resins were obtained from the data of adsorption,and the adsorption behavior was made a reasonable explanation.
