谈当前我国高等师范美术教育

20世纪80年代以来,我国高师美术教育发展迅猛,但在高师美术教学及办学指导思想中也存在一些问题,如受市场经济驱动,无序竞争;教学偏离师范教育方向;教学轻视师资和培养目标整体素质的构成等。高师教育工作者应加强自身修养,认清自身角色,成为学者型的艺术教育工作者,为师范教育改革与发展做出新贡献。

Talking with the Art Instructors in Teachers Colleges

The article analyzes and studies carefully about the problems which have appearde in the development of teachers colleges. It points out the negative phenomena which are influenced by the market economy in the art teaching and leading thought for running school: (1) It is affected by the economic interests in the competition of enrolling students|the competition is in disorder. (2) The major teaching plan is getting away from the education of teachers. (3) In the course of teaching. the training goal and the qualities of all respects are despised. At the same time. the article points out that the art instructors should pay attention to their self|training, too. The art instructors should become schoIars.Thei rown role should be recognized. They should make the new devotion to the teaching reform and development.
