超声辅助丙酮缩氨基脲的合成

摘    要:目的研究一种方便、快速合成丙酮缩氨基脲(AS)的方法。方法以盐酸氨基脲和丙酮为原料,室温下超声辐射协助合成丙酮缩氨基脲。考察原料配比、超声辐射频率和反应时间对反应产率的影响。结果在最佳反应条件下(以swc:nacetooe=1:10,超声频率59kHz,反应时间40min)合成了丙酮缩氨基脲,收率可达85%。结论此法与常规的加热反应法相比,反应时间短,产物收率高,操作简单。

Abstract:Aim To seek a convenient, rapid synthetic method of acetone semicarbazone(AS). Methods Acetone semicarbazone is synthesized under ultrasonic irradiation at room condition by u- sing semicarbazide hydrochloride (SHC) and acetone as raw materials. The effect of reactants molar ratio, ultrasound irradiation frequency and reaction time on the yields of acetone semicarhazone syn- thesis is studied. Results Acetone semicarbazone is synthesized under the optimum synthetic condi- tions (molar ratio of semicarbazide hydrochloride to acetone is 1 : 10 (nsnc : n = 1 : 10), and the ultrasonic radiation frequency is 59 kHz, the irradiation time is 40 min). The yield is over 85%. Con- clusion Compared with the conventional heating reactions, this method features shorter reaction time, higher product yields and easier operation.
