| Abstract: | A new technique for manufacturing phytin used in pharmaceutical from cornimmersion water of starch factory was put forward. The optimal operating conditions and factors which affect the yield of phytin were obtained by experiments.Compared with the conventional processes, its synthetic cost was decreased 1 600 /t. |
