摘    要:研究了一种新的面齿轮传动修形方法,即小轮双鼓修形,大轮不修且小轮和大轮产形轮无齿数差。推导了小轮的双鼓修形齿面方程、面齿轮齿面方程;在涉及齿轮副安装误差的条件下,建立了轮齿接触分析模型。啮合性能分析表明:小轮双鼓修形能实现面齿轮副抛物线型的几何传动误差,能控制面齿轮接触路径的分布和走向,降低接触路径对安装误差的敏感性。

Abstract:A new modification method for face gear driver was proposed based on a modification of pinion only and same tooth number between pioion and generating gear.The surface equation of tooth modified pinion was derived.The computational model for tooth contact analysis was established.The result indicated that the new design can obtain a parabolic function of transmission errors,make contact path tilt and reduce the sensitivity of contact path to alignment errors.
