摘    要:本试验选用3年生“春蕾”桃树做试材,新梢旺盛生长期进行叶面喷施PP_(333)(500、250ppm)。结果表明:PP_(333)处理能提高叶片叶绿素及可溶性蛋白质含量;显著增加叶片束缚水含量,提高束缚水/自由水比值,减缓水分蒸腾;还能够改变气孔运动规律,降低叶片膜透性以及提高叶片的过氧化物酶活性。

Abstract:The young reach trees (a. Chunlei)of three years old were used in this experiment. They were sprayed paclobutrazol(PP_(333)) (250. 500ppm) when the branches grew rapidly. The results showed: the content of chlorophy and souble protein of leaves were increased by PP_(333); and the ratio o binding water and free water content were increased obviously. PP_(333)(?) decrf eased water transpiration and changed stoma movement; and decreased membrane permeability; but it increased peroxidase activity of leaves.
