摘    要:研究了3甲基2噻吩甲醛与4氨基安替比林的缩合反应,得到了标题化合物,研究了标题化合物的理化性质.采用mp.、元素分析、UV-Vis,IR,1H NMR对化合物的结构进行了表征,研究了标题化合物的光谱性质.实验表明,该反应在乙醇等有机溶剂中加热、回流,反应2h,产率可达90.5%.该化合物易溶于常见的有机溶剂,不溶于乙腈,热稳定性能良好,在丙酮中表现为非电解质.

Abstract:The title compound,[C_(16)H_(16)N_(3)OS,Mr=298.38] has been synthesized and characterized by mp,elemental analysis,UV-Vis,IR,and ~1H NMR.The Schiff base compound is a derivative from 3methanyl-2-thienyldehyde and 4-aminoantipyrine.The properties and spectroscopy of the compound were studied.The experimental results show that using ethanol alcohol as solvent,at refluxing temperature,reactive time 120 min,the yield is 90.5%;The compound is easy dissolved in organic solvents,for example,ethanol alcohol,methanol,CHCl_(3),acetone,benzene etc..But it is indissolubility in acetonitrile.Title compound is non-electrolyte in acetone.
