| 摘 要： | 通过讨论信息传递与组织结构的关系得到了以下结论 :1 )组织结构的演变与信息传递方式具有密切的联系 ;2 )这种联系是通过信息传递效率进而影响组织效率 ;3)从任务小组到直线职能制 ,影响信息传递效率的主要原因来自于协调关系所导致组织效率下降 ;4 )但从事业部制开始 ,影响信息传递效率的主要因素是由于信息失真导致的弱化激励造成的.

| Abstract: | Based on the discussion of the relationship between information transmission and structure of organization, we can get these results:1)there is relationship between structure evolution of organization and method of information transmission; 2) the efficiency of information transmission can effect the efficiency of organization;3)from group of task to functional institution, the main reason to effecting efficiency of organization is the efficiency of information transmission; 4) but in the more advantage organization over functional institution, the main reason is to improve fidelity of information transmission. |
