| 摘 要： | 文章研究了非晶态ＮｉＰ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３复合材料的沉积组织与特性。指出Ａｌ２Ｏ３随着ＮｉＰ的沉积而发生共沉积，形成ＮｉＰ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３复合材料；认为Ａｌ２Ｏ３的加入，显著改变了ＮｉＰ合金的沉积组织与特性；与非晶态ＮｉＰ合金相比，ＮｉＰ－Ａｌ２Ｏ３复合材料具有更高的硬度和耐磨性。

| Abstract: | The deposited microstructure and properties of amorphous NiP Al 2O 3 composite have been researched.Al 2O 3 was codeposited with the deposition of NiP,and the composite can be fabricated.The addition of Al 2O 3 changed obviously the microstructure and deposited characteristics of NiP alloy. Compared with amorphous NiP alloy,NiP Al 2O 3 composite coatings possessed higher hardness and wear resistance. |
