微波提取水杉黄酮工艺研究

摘    要:采用正交试验方法,确立了徽波法提取水杉黄酮的提取工艺条件。结果表明,最优提取条件为乙醇浓度80%,提取时间5min,固液比1:20 g/mL,此时黄酮得率为1.601%

Abstract:The extraction technology of flavonoid in Metasequoia by microwave with an orthogonal test was studied.The results showed that the extracting condition of good yield of flavonoid was 80% ethanol solution for 5min with the solid- liquid ratio 1,20(g/mL)and the productivevity was 1.601%
