| Abstract: | Four kinds of Iodinatedcasein was separated from industrial Iodinatedcasein with gel-chromatogram methods.these Iodinatedcaseins were used to immunize New Zealand rabbit.The anti-Iodinatedcasein-serum was obtained after three times injecting and the titers of antiserum was 32000.The special sensitivity of anti-serum was very good in the indirect ELISA motheds. |
