盐酸安非他酮的合成工艺研究

摘    要:盐酸安非他酮为一种抗抑郁药物.以间氯苯甲酰氯为原料,经酰化、格氏反应、溴化和N-烃基化反应得盐酸安非他酮.并运用元素分析、UV、IR、HNMR和MS进行结构确证.改进后的工艺总收率达50.8%(以间氯苯甲酰氯计).结果表明操作方法简便,总收率较高.

Abstract:Bupropion hydrochloride is an antidepressant.m-chlorobenzoyl chloride takes for raw material in this artical.After through acylate,Grignard reaction,bromination,N-alkylation,the bupropion hydrochloride was obtained.The structures of the products were determined by elemental analysis,UV,IR,~(1)H-NMR,~(13)C-NMR and MS.the total yield of bupropion hydrochloride was 50.8% based on m-chlorobenzoyl chloride.The result shows that the method is convenient and the total yield is higher.
