| 摘 要： | 古代的技术转移大都伴随技术人员的流动而进行,转移的技术主要是技术器物和技术方法.近代的技术转移主要集中在技术器物、技术制度及技术人员三个层面上.现代的技术转移主要包括技术器物、技术人员、技术制度及技术观念等方面.技术转移要注意与当地的气候风土和民族文化相适应.只有这样,才能够保证技术转移持续有效地实施与实现. |

| Abstract: | The technology transfer was followed by the technical personnel's fluxion mostly in our country in ancient times but carries on,the shift technology mainly was the technical utensil and the technical method.The modern age's technology transfer mainly concentrates in the technical utensil,the technical system and in the technical personnel three stratification planes.The modern technolgy transfer mainly includes aspect and so on technical utensil,technical personnel,technical system and technical idea.It is necessary for us to pay attention to that we must make the technology transfer adapt with the local climate? wind? soil? phase,adapts with the local national culture.Only then like this,only then can guarantee the technology transfer continues effectively the implementation and the realization. |
