| Abstract: | Through discussion this paper first gets the characteristics of the distribution of electric charges and electric potentials in two infinitely - long parallel lines, then according to the uniqueness of the field intensity in the static electric field, calculates the unit - length capacity of the excentral mono-core cable. |
