摘    要:分析了切换优先级算法中发起呼叫排队的可行性和具体算法流程,并比较了使用发起呼叫以排队前后的切换算法的性能改善。一般的文献里都没有时始发呼叫加以排队,但实际上用户为了接通一个呼叫总是会等待一段时间,这就给了始发呼叫排队的可能。提出了一种符合实际的丢失呼叫限制等待(LCLW)模型,给出了它的流程图并将其应用到混合切换优先级算法中。最后分析了在多业务蜂窝系统中发起呼叫排队对切换指标的性能改善,并加以模拟。从模拟结果中可以看出发起呼叫排队后算法性能得到了较好的改善,呼叫阻塞率大大降低,而且对切换阻塞率并无大的影响。

Abstract:In this paper, we analyze the feasibility of queuing originating calls and the details of its algorithm flow, we also give comparison between the two handoff algorithms using and not using queuing of originating calls. Practically, a subscriber will always spend some time in waiting for the connection, which gives the possibility of queuing originating calls. A lost call limited waiting (LCLW) model to describe the system,its flow chart and its application in the handoff algorithm in multiservice mobile communicafon system are proposed. The simulating results show that queuing originating calls greatly improve the performance of handoff algorithro,and the blocking probabihty of originating calls is greatly decreased while the blocking probability of handoff calls keeps low.
