双金属带锯条基体闪光焊缝的组织与力学性能

摘    要:研究了顶锻压力对双金属带锯条基体闪光焊缝组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:顶锻压力对焊缝抗拉强度影响不大,并随顶锻压力提高而延伸率增加,但均显著低于母材;随顶锻压力提高,焊缝组织中先共析铁素体逐渐减少,这均与焊接冶金反应中所产生的熔渣夹杂物未被排除干净而残留于焊缝中有关。顶锻压力以不低于1.64kN为佳。

Abstract:The effect of upsetting pressure on the structure and mechanical properties of flash weldwas investigated.The upsetting pressure was found to have only a slight effect on tensilestrength of the weld.The ducility is slightly increased but is obviously lower than that of theparent.The pre-euctoid ferrite in weld decreased with the increase of the pressure,All ofthese were considered to be related to the incomplete egressment of slag impurities resultingfrom the metallurgical reactions. The upsetting pressure was suggested to be not less than1.64 kN.
