我国循环经济法制思考

阐述了循环经济的基本原理和科学基础；归纳了循环经济的相关理论；用比较分析法评价了国外发展循环经济以及立法经验和启示，从法律价值观的多元视野重点研究了循环经济的法理基础以及循环经济所涉不同主体的权利义务关系；运用立法学原理探讨了我国循环经济立法的价值、理念、应有模式及其制度建设的基本原则，并就其主要内容和体系构建等提出了意见．

Thinking of the Legal System in China Circular Economy

This article elaborated the basic principles of circulation economy and its scientific foundation, summed up the related theories of circulation economy, appraised the overseas development of circulation economy as well as the legislation experiences and enlightenments with the method of comparative analysis, studied the legal principles of circulation economy as well as the relations of rights and duties involving different entities in circulation economy in a multiple perspective of legal evaluation, discussed the legislative values, ideas, supposed patterns and the basic principles in the system construction process of circulation economy in the aspect of legislation, and proposed some constructive suggestions on the main contents and the system construction of circulation economy.
