摘    要:相较传统流域水环境监测与治理手段,基于3S技术的"数字流域"技术可以获取更多的水环境信息数据,通过RS手段可以获得水色、水温、水面形态等信息,推测有关水文及水质信息,GPS可以用来校正RS获取的空间位置信息。运用GIS对RS获取的数据信息进行分析,能够模拟流域水环境变化及其生态效应,为流域水环境治理相关部门提供决策服务。同时,近年来生态浮床、河道曝气技术、生态混凝土、阿科蔓复合生态技术、光催化技术等新技术与新材料的研究有了很大进展,不同的技术与材料各有不同特点,实际应用范围有限,尚未在流域水环境治理领域广泛应用。

Progress in Research on New Technology and New Materials for Watershed Water Environment Management

Abstract:Compared with traditional water detection and management tools of watershed environment system,the"digital watershed"technology based on 3S technology( Remote Sensing,Geographic Information System,Global Position System) can get more environmental data of watershed. The related data of water color,water temperature andsurface morphology can be got by RS technology to speculate hydrology and water quality information. GPS technology can be used to revise the acquired spatial information from RS. Analysis on the watershed environment data based on GIS technology can help to simulate change of water environment and ecological effects of watershed to providedecision-making for department concerned with watershed environment control. Meanwhile,studies on new technologies and new materials have made great progress forecological floating bed,river aeration technology,ecology concrete materials,AquaMats complex ecological technology and photocatalytic technology in recent years.With different characteristics and limited actual application,different techniques and materials have notbeen widely used in watershed water environment management.
