黔产钩藤中钩藤碱的测定及限量研究

摘    要:建立了钩藤中钩藤碱含量的高效液相色谱测定方法,该方法线性、精确度、加标回收率均达到检测要求。对29个钩藤样品进行了检测,结果表明:黔产钩藤中钩藤碱的平均含量高于本研究所用的外省钩藤样品,野生钩藤的钩藤碱含量大于种植钩藤,说明黔产钩藤具有较好的药用价值,具有大面积种植推广的价值。根据检测结果,建议黔产钩藤的钩藤碱限量定为大于0.080%。

Research on Determination of Rhynchophylline in Uncaria and Its Content Limit

Abstract:A method to detect rhynchophylline by HPLC was established in this paper. The testing requirements were satisfied with linearity, accuracy, recovery of the method. 29 Uncaria samples were tested and the results showed that the average content of rhynchophylline in Uncaria from Guizhou was higher than that of Uncaria from other provinces used in this study and content of rhynchophylline in wild Uncaria was higher than planting Uncaria, which indicates Uncaria from Guizhou has good medicinal value for large-scale cultivation. According to the test results,a suggestion of more than 0. 080 % was made for the content limit of rhynchophylline in Uncaria from Guizhou.
