摘    要:为建立较好的淫羊藿药材的HPLC指纹图谱,本研究采用高效液相色谱法对20批不同产地不同品种的淫羊藿药材进行测定,使用主成分分析和聚类分析对图谱进行模式识别研究。结果表明:建立了淫羊藿药材的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了11个共有峰,聚类分析和主成分分析结果相一致,20批不同产地不同品种的淫羊藿药材分为两类。

Abstract:To better establish HPLC fingerprint, this study adopts chromatography analysis to determine 20 batches of Epimedii brevicornum Maxim from different areas and different varieties by high performance liquid medicinal materials, and recognizes pattern on the map using principal component analysis and clustering. The results show that the established HPLC fingerprint of Epimedii brevicornurn Maxim has 11 common peaks. The results of cluster analysis and principal component analysis are consistent, the 20 batches of Epimedium brevicornum Maxim herbs from different habitats and different species can be divided into two categories.
